I happened upon this beautifully restored 100-year-old Craftsman while house-hunting in Oakland yesterday. The modern architectural landscaping is a nice juxtaposition. Easy walking distance to BART, Rockridge and Temescal. By chance, I met the architect who’s restoring it and we exchanged contact information. I’ll definitely be interested when he’s done in a month or so.
