More house-hunting: Excellent views from a place above Noe Valley. It lacks walkability and that’s a deal-breaker. Noe is reasonably close (though about as far vertically as horizontally) but I don’t have a Labrador Retriever or a baby stroller, so Noe’s not quite my scene.
